All items will be shipped from us within 5-7 business days after purchase. Delivery time for standard shipping within the Continental U.S. is 5-7 business days. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

AMENDING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
If you would like to amend or cancel your order, please email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that once an order has been shipped, Inkonymous is unable to amend or cancel it. Once you receive your order, you will need to return it in accordance with our return policy for us to process the refund.
We accept returns of damaged items only with photo evidence. Due to the surprise of a sketch a recipient is mailed, we cannot refund or accept returns for items that are not to the viewer’s taste. We promise quality and wholesome imagery. We do not pay for return shipping.
How will I know if you've received my return?
We will email you a letter confirming that the return was processed.
How long does it take Inkonymous to process my return?
After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within three business days.

Images may contain copyright management information (CMI) at the discretion of the Artist in the form of either 1) a copyright notice © and/or 2) other copyright and ownership information embedded in the metadata or elsewhere unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties. Removing and/or altering such information is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Client will be responsible to the Artist for any penalties and awards available under that statute. Artwork sold is not to be replicated for commercial purposes or plagiarized for personal or professional gain.
Creation: The manner and method of creating any Image is solely at the discretion of Inkonymous and the Client has no right to control Artist’s manner and method of performance aside for options set in the purchasing process. Inkonymous will use best efforts to: (a) ensure that the Images conform to Client’s specifications; and (b) submit all Images in publishable quality.
The trademarks, service marks and logos (the "Trademarks") used and displayed on this site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Inkonymous and others. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Inkonymous shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s).
